By enrolling in this 6-week coaching program (“the Program”) offered by Lindsay Owens Coaching Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “Participant,” or “you”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Payment Terms

All payments are non-refundable, including upfront and installment payments. 
- 
Failure to complete or participate in the Program does not entitle you to a refund or credit. 
2. Results Disclaimer
- 
We do not guarantee any specific business or monetary results from participating in the Program. 
- 
Outcomes are influenced by many factors outside our control, including your own commitment, effort, and external circumstances. 
3. Client Responsibility
By enrolling in the Program, you agree to:

Take full accountability for implementing the strategies, tools, and advice provided. 
- 
Be proactive in seeking support by reaching out to us when challenges arise. 
- 
Attend all group and/or personal coaching calls as scheduled to benefit fully from the Program. 
- 
Complete the course video content independently and on your own schedule to stay informed and progress your learning. 
Failure to engage with the provided content or support mechanisms does not warrant any form of refund or credit.
4. Program Access

You are granted access to the Program materials for the specified 6-week duration. 
- 
You must not share, reproduce, or distribute any Program content without express written permission from Lindsay Owens Coaching Ltd. 
5. Confidentiality
- 
We respect your privacy and expect the same in return. All participant discussions and shared materials during coaching sessions are to remain confidential and are not to be disclosed outside the group. 
6. Limitation of Liability
- 
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lindsay Owens Coaching Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Program. 
7. Governing Law
- 
The laws of England and Wales shall govern these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of UK courts.

8. Payment Plan Terms (6-Month Instalment Option)

By selecting the 6-month payment plan option at ÂŁ549 per month, you agree to the following binding terms:
- 
The full program value is due and payable across six (6) monthly installments. This plan is a contractual obligation, not a subscription or membership that can be canceled at will. 
- 
As the 6-week coaching program is delivered in full upfront, you are legally responsible for completing all six payments, regardless of whether you complete or engage with the program content. 
- 
Missed or failed payments will incur a ÂŁ30 late administrative fee for each occurrence. 
- 
If any installment remains unpaid beyond 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to initiate legal action to recover the full outstanding balance, plus any legal and administrative costs incurred. 
- 
Non-payment or default may be reported to credit agencies and could negatively impact your credit rating. 
- 
You acknowledge and agree that by enrolling in the payment plan, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Lindsay Owens Coaching Ltd to fulfill the complete payment commitment. 
- 
You remain solely responsible for: - 
Attending coaching calls and participating fully in both personal and group sessions. 
- 
Working through all provided video content. 
- 
Taking proactive action to implement all strategies and assignments as outlined in the program. 
- 
Reaching out for support when needed. 
 
- 
No exceptions or early cancellations will be permitted, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
